Camilla Silfvenius Appointed Publishing Director at Fri Tanke Förlag

Camilla Silfvenius has been appointed permanent Publishing Director at Fri Tanke Förlag. Since August 2024, she has served as Acting Director and now assumes the role on a permanent basis, continuing her responsibility for the daily operations of the publishing house.

Camilla holds overall responsibility for the publishing programme, staff, production, and public-facing activities. The appointment is part of a broader effort to ensure continuity and stability in the continued development of the publishing house’s operations.

– It feels deeply meaningful to continue developing Fri Tanke together with the team. The publishing house plays an important role in public discourse, not least by offering books and platforms that highlight science, humanism, and critical reflection, says Camilla Silfvenius.

Camilla has previously held senior positions in both the book industry and the education sector, with extensive experience working with content at the intersection of education, culture, and societal issues.
